Dan Herman is the Founder of Go To Jupiter Productions. ​ Dan is a Toronto-based entrepreneur and policy advisor to government agencies on innovation and growth. He's held executive roles in both the public and private sector, including having been the head of strategy for Innovation Canada, the head of innovation policy for the Department of Innovation, Science and Economic Development (Canada) and the co-founder of the Centre for Digital Entrepreneurship and Economic Performance. Along the way he picked up a PhD focused on the role of government in innovation, and traveled through 60+ countries in Africa, Asia and the Middle East, where he perfected the art of negotiation with border guards in foreign languages.
And most importantly, he's a father to two young boys.
